Philip Harris (1965, UK)

Harris does stellar portrait work with characteristic and expressive features. He does great figures in landscapes like the one below as well. Personally, I don’t like the ones he does with the movement-blurs/ multiple features effect, but he won the BP Portrait Award in ‘93 so I doubt he’s too worried about what I think.
