There’s always a focus on the figure and on people in Williams’ paintings with mix of an expressive and figurative. Something about them indicates they’re clearly autobiographical, I can’t quite say what it is. He’s done lost of illustration projects too including an illustrated version of Aronofsky’s The Fountain amongst others.
